The objective of this study is to evaluate the potential of Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) to measure land surface change in southwest Utah. This study is referred to as Phase-1. Based on the results of Phase-1 and the desires of the Utah Geological Survey, Phase-2 would be the implementation of this technique over a longer time frame with a more extensive InSAR data set.
