The Tertiary rocks of the southern portion of the Eureka quadrangle were mapped in order to resolve several questions concerning the volcanic stratigraphy and location of vents, calderas, and productive intrusions in the East Tintic Mountains. This paper reports the findings of the mapping in this vicinity.
