Mapped rock units include strata of the Paleocene- to Eocene-age Claron Formation and Late Cretaceous-age Kaiparowits, Wahweap, and Straight Cliffs Formations, as well as various Quaternary-age deposits. Plate 2 of this publication includes a cross section, a lithologic column, a correlation chart of map units, list of map units and symbols, and a figure showing sources of previous geologic mapping.
